With that said, the reason being is as long as we had never had a support team for our platform that could determine why we had such bad problems with stability. We knew our customers were frustrated with our current site, the company we were looking at to build this new site was planning to charge upwards of 400K for platform and design of a brand new site and in five years we had never found a tech team that could fix the problems we were having.
